Objectives: to report the production of a collection of podcasts on good nursing practices in the intensive care unit. Method: report of the production of podcasts based on development research with nurses from a public hospital. Interviews were conducted for context analysis, processed in the Iramuteq software. Guidelines and word clouds subsidized the production. The Anchor platform was used to build and record the scripts. Results: four topics of interest to nurses were selected, resulting in a collection of five podcasts on vascular and bladder catheters, gastric and enteral catheters, cardiorespiratory arrest, patient safety, and prevention and treatment of skin lesions. Each episode contains an initial message, presentation of the theme and guest, good nursing practices, closure and encouragement to share. Conclusions: the experience identified relevant themes for nurses, supporting the production of podcasts and highlighting the importance of these practices for the quality of work in intensive care units.
